A tribute to Vermont’s backcountry, Big Jay Blend attempts to combine aspects of coffee with our beautiful mountains, two of our favorite things! Light roasted Brazilian arabicas are combined with darker roasted high-elevation Central American coffees and a touch of beans from Africa for a distinct enzymatic fruitful finish to the cup. A medium roast, full-flavored coffee with a balance of roast, acidity, and body. Great as an espresso shot or just as a regular cup of coffee.
