This Indonesian coffee is grown in an area of Northern Sumatra, Aceh, which produces some of the best coffee in the country. We think this coffee shines brightest as a darker roast and take it to a Full City+ roast level. It has notes of bakers chocolate with a syrupy full body mouthfeel, and an earthy finish.
