Our single origin coffee’s are unique. They come from small, organic estate farms that do not produce very much, so harvest’s can differ from year to year. Just as with fine wine; being informed of the exact region these coffee’s originate, how they are processed and which specific variety they are, will help educate and guide coffee lovers toward what they enjoy most about each particular single origin coffee. By linking up with our importers, we strive to have Direct Trade with all our small farms we buy from.
Typically our single origin’s are roasted lighter to highlight the flavors inherent to the bean rather than the roast.
